Since all of the items in our shop are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  However we will accept a cancellation if you contact us prior to having your item crafted. 

Returns and exchange details
Due to the nature of our business I cannot offer refunds on any items. They are personalized and customized specifically for you. Please make sure your personalized description is exactly how you want it to appear on the items in the notes to seller section. We do allow the option to cancel orders after they have been placed, only if we have not started the design and crafting process.

Under no circumstances will we refund an order if it didn't come in time for an event. It is the buyer's responsibility to choose the appropriate shipping option and factor in the lead time required to make your item (7-10 days).  If you need your order by a specific date, please message us prior to placing an order.

Customer service is our top priority. If you're unsatisfied with your order, please message us right away.

Pictures
The products you buy are yours to keep, but they represent our work.  Therefore we reserve the right to take a photograph of the item prior to pickup or shipping and post it on our website or social medias sites in order to showcase our work.  If you don't want to have your product showcased, then you *MUST* contact us prior to placing an order and we must both agree that your item will not be showcased.
