Local Orders (Victoria, BC)
We do offer pick up for local customers who wish to save on shipping.  If you select local pickup in error and subsequently need us to ship your item we will contact you to arrange payment for shipping. 

Shipping Method
We use either Canada Post or Canpar for all our shipping needs.  We will notify you once items have shipping and provide you with a tracking number if available.  

International Shipping 
We do ship internationally, however Craft Delight is not responsible for any additional fees to ship outside of Canada (i.e. custom fees). Any additional fees outside of shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.  Customs can hold any item for inspection for any length of time. This is beyond our control.

Shipping Address
All orders will be shipped to the address provided when you check out.  Please ensure your address is correct. Once your shipping label is printed, we are unable to make changes and the package will be delivered to the address you provided.  If it is delivered to the wrong address or undeliverable due to a wrong address, the package will be reshipped only at the buyers cost. Return To Sender Fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. No refunds will be given due to an incorrect shipping address.
