Due to the nature of my business I cannot offer refunds on any items. They are personalized and customized specifically for you and I would not be able to sell them to another customer. Please make sure your personalized description is exactly how you want it to appear on the items in the notes to seller section. We do allow the option to cancel orders after they have been placed, only if I have not started the design process.
